(10) Set oscilloscope calibrator for a 2 ns output.

(11) Adjust horizontal POSITION control to align second sine wave with second

graticule line. If 10th sine wave is not within 1.5 minor divisions of 10th graticule line and

TI incremental error over center 8 divisions are greater than 0.1 divisions, perform b (4) and

(5) below.

(12) Set TIME/DIV switch to 1 ns.

(13) Set oscilloscope calibrator for a 1 ns output.

NOTE

Reposition CH 1 VOLTS/DIV switch as necessary for best

display.

(14) Adjust horizontal POSITION control to align second sine wave with second

graticule line. If 10th sine wave is not within 1.5 minor divisions of 10th graticule line and

TI incremental error over center 8 divisions is greater than 0.1 division, perform b (6) below.

(15) Set TIME/DIV switch to 10 ns and CH 1 VOLTS/DIV switch to .5.

(16) Set oscilloscope calibrator output to 10 ns markers.

(17) Adjust oscilloscope calibrator for 1 time marker per division.

TI will indicate

within 3% as indicated on oscilloscope calibrator control display.

(18) Repeat technique of (17) above for A and B TIME/DIV switch settings listed in

table 4. TI will indicate within 2% as indicated on oscilloscope calibrator output settings

listed in table 4.
