(40) Toggle and hold TI XMIT-MEAS switch.  Vary RF reference source AM
modulation from 0.1% to 99%. If TI does not indicate applied AM modulation within 5%,
perform b (34) through (41) below.
(41) Set RF reference source for an output of -10 dBm at 59 MHz with 8 kHz FM
deviation and modulation rate of 1 kHz.
(42) Set TI AM/FM switch to FM, FUNCTION switch to 29-88 and using keyboard
set frequency to 59 MHz.
(43) Toggle and hold TI XMIT-MEAS switch. Vary RF reference source FM deviation
from 1 kHz to 15 kHz.  If TI does not indicate applied FM deviation within 2 kHz
throughout, perform b (42) through (49) below.
(44) Set RF reference source for an output of -10 dBm at 113 MHz with 8 kHz FM
deviation and modulation rate of 1 kHz.
(45) Set TI FUNCTION switch to 108-118 and using keyboard set frequency to
113 MHz.
(46) Toggle and hold TI XMIT-MEAS switch. Vary RF reference source FM deviation
from 1 kHz to 15 kHz.  If TI does not indicate applied FM deviation within 2 kHz
throughout, perform b (50) through (57) below.
(47) Set RF reference source for an output of -10 dBm at 137 MHz with 8 kHz FM
deviation and modulation rate of 1 kHz.
(48) Set TI FUNCTION switch to 118-156 and using keyboard set frequency to
137 MHz.
(49) Toggle and hold TI XMIT-MEAS switch. Vary RF reference source FM deviation
from 1 kHz to 15 kHz.  If TI does not indicate applied FM deviation within 2 kHz
throughout, perform b (58) through (65) below.
(50) Set RF reference source for an output of -10 dBm at 160 MHz with 8 kHz FM
deviation and modulation rate of 1 kHz.
(51) Set TI FUNCTION switch to 156-174 and using keyboard set frequency to
160 MHz.
(52) Toggle and hold TI XMIT-MEAS switch. Vary RF reference source FM deviation
from 1 kHz to 15 kHz.  If TI does not indicate applied FM deviation within 2 kHz
throughout, perform b (66) through (73) below.
(53) Set RF reference source for an output of -10 dBm at 300 MHz with 8 kHz FM
deviation and modulation rate of 1 kHz.
(54) Set TI FUNCTION switch to 225-400 and using keyboard set frequency to
300 MHz.
(55) Toggle and hold TI XMIT-MEAS switch. Vary RF reference source FM deviation
from 1 kHz to 15 kHz.  If TI does not indicate applied FM deviation within 2 kHz
throughout, perform b (74) through (81) below.
(56) Set TI FUNCTION switch to 118-156 and using keyboard set frequency to
120 MHz.
(57) Connect equipment as shown in figure 5 and install TI ANTENNA cap.
