Adjust OUTPUT LEVEL vernier control(s) for a 0.0 dBm measuring
receiver indication.
(7) Select the table (table 9 through table 12) that corresponds to the appropriate
option(s) of the TI.  Using the techniques of (2) and (3) above set OUTPUT LEVEL,
RANGE MHz, and FREQUENCY TUNE switches to settings listed in the table selected.
(8) Set measuring receiver to measure Tuned RF Level. The measuring receiver
should indicate as specified.
(9) Release COUNTER MODE LOCK ON pushbutton.
