NOTE
TI sensor 0 degree reference angle has been established. Do
not bump or move sensor from present orientation on angle
iron.
(10) Ensure TI sensor is in Direct position.
(11) Use sample worksheet in appendix A to record multimeter indication as 0 degree
angle output voltage.
(12) Wring together a gage block stack equivalent to first value in table 7 and insert
gage block stack into sine plate.
NOTE
When TI sensor is in Direct position, the angle established on
sine plate will produce a positive TI sensor output voltage.
When TI sensor is in Reverse position, the angle established on
sine plate will produce a negative TI sensor output voltage.

(13) Record multimeter indication in corresponding output voltage column of sample
(14) Rotate TI sensor 180 degrees to Reverse position in same location against sine
plate side rails.
(15) Record multimeter indication in corresponding output voltage column of sample
(16) Repeat technique of (12) through (15) above for remaining values specified in
b. Adjustments. No adjustments can be made.
