NOTE
When measuring relatively low capacitance (HACS-Z-6E-1pF),
open circuit compensation should be performed after short
circuit compensation. Open circuit compensation has the
dominant impact on low capacitance measurements.
NOTE
system may have a negative indication because the zero
capacitance measurement and the value stored during the zero
compensation process are nearly equal. In this situation, the
TI zero capacitance is considered negligible.
(4) Set the TI to the first value in table 3 (0-0-0-0-0-0).
(5) Impedance measuring system will indicate within the limits of table 3; if not,
perform b below.
(6) Repeat technique of (4) and (5) above for remaining TI capacitance values in
table 3 through table 8. When decade is complete, return switch to the 0 position.
