16. Meter DC mV
a. Performance Check
(1) Press TI upper select/adjust key to go to test 2. TI will display Verif 2.
(2) Disconnect calibrator from TI CHANNEL A and connect to TI mV (red) and
COM (black) inputs observing polarity.
(3) Set calibrator for a 300 mV dc output. If TI indication is not between 298.0 and
302.0 mV dc, perform b below.
(4) Set calibrator for a 3 V dc output. If TI indication is not between 2.980 and
3.020 V dc, perform b below.
(5) Set calibrator output to STBY.
b. Adjustments. Annotate out of tolerance condition, complete checks through
17. Meter Resistance
a. Performance Check
(1) Press TI upper select/adjust key to go to test 3. TI will display Verif 3.
(2) Set calibrator output to first value listed in Output column of table 4. If TI does
not indicate within limits specified in table 4, perform b below.

a. Performance Check
(1) Press TI upper select/adjust key to go to test 4. TI will display Verif 4.
(2) Set calibrator for a 1 kŸ output with two-wire comp ON. If TI readout
indication is not between 0.420 and 0.589 V dc, perform b below.
(3) Set calibrator output to STBY and disconnect equipment setup.
