After reading is taken, go to standby and change Low pass filter (if required) before proceeding.

(7) When all Power range switch settings are recorded for existing frequency, reduce
RF power to minimum and set source to standby.
(8) Set the Signal Generator to the next Frequency listed in table 3. Change Low
Pass Filter to the one required for that frequency and repeat steps (2) through (7) above.
(9) After all the frequencies in table 3 have been verified, reduce RF power to
minimum, set source to standby, and continue with the verification of the frequencies below
100 MHz.
(10) Locate the correction table located on the back cover plate of the TI.
(11) Enter the correction factor for each value in the appropriate column of table 4.
