(6) Press FREQUENCY RANGE pushbutton for crt indication of 3.0-7.1 GHz. If a
spurious signal is observed it must be at least -70 dBc from reference in (5) above.

(1) Position controls as listed in (a) through (i) below:
(a) FREQUENCY RANGE pushbutton to 0-1.8 GHz (option 01).
(c) FREQUENCY SPAN/DIV control to 200 MHz.
(d) TIME/DIV switch to .1 s.
(e) VERTICAL DISPLAY 10 dB/DIV pushbutton on.
(f) REFERENCE LEVEL control to -30 dBm.
(g) MIN RF ATTEN control to 0 dB.
(h) DIGITAL STORAGE VIEW A pushbutton on (option 02).
(i) DIGITAL STORAGE VIEW B pushbutton on.
(2) Connect CAL OUT output to RF INPUT.
NOTE
If may be necessary to change the REFERENCE LEVEL
control to obtain adequate markers.
(3) Adjust FREQUENCY control to aline 100 MHz markers so that 200 MHz/DIV
accuracy can be measured over center 8 divisions of crt display (2 markers per division).
Maximum deviation must not exceed 10 MHz/DIV (0.25 minor divisions) on crt.
(4) Adjust FREQUENCY SPAN/DIV control to 100 MHz and check SPAN/DIV
accuracy. Maximum deviation must not exceed 5 MHz/DIV (0.25 minor divisions) on crt.
