(4) Using measuring receiver, configured for an RF power measurement, sweep the
TI from 2 GHz to 18 GHz in 1 GHz steps, and record the highest and lowest levels.
(5) Calculate the flatness using the formula below.  If the flatness is not less than
or equal to the maximum limit listed in table 8, perform b below

(6) Press TI FREQUENCY, 2, and GHz keys. Using tuned level measurement
techniques, verify that the measuring receiver indicates within minimum and maximum
limits for TI output levels listed in table 9.
