(26) Disconnect sensor module (opt 518) and connect sensor module (opt 550) to
measuring receiver and to measuring receiver POWER REF output. Load calibration
factors, zero and calibrate the sensor module (opt 550).
(27) Press TI keys as listed in (a) through (c) below:
(a) System, Reset.
(b) EDIT F1, 20, GHz.
(c) Edit L1, 0, dBm.
(28) Using measuring receiver, in measuring receiver mode, and tuned RF power
measuring techniques, verify that the measuring receiver indicates within the limits listed
in table 8.
(29) Repeat technique of (28) above for remaining TI level settings listed in table 8.
TI will indicate within limits listed in table 8.
(30) Repeat technique of (27) (b) and (c) through (29) above for frequencies of 22, 24,
26, 28, 30, 32, 34, 36, 38, and 40 GHz.
