(4) Press F2 M6 key and set F2 M6 display to 40.000 GHz by pressing 40 with
DATA ENTRY keys and then by pressing GHz/dBm/SEC DATA ENTRY key.
(5) Press LEVEL key and set LEVEL display to -10 dBm by pressing -10 with
DATA ENTRY keys and then by pressing GHz/dBm/ SEC DATA ENTRY key.
(6) Press TRIGGER MANUAL SWEEP key.
(7) Connect multimeter (dc mode) to V/GHz OUTPUT (rear panel).

(8) Connect RF OUTPUT 50
(9) Adjust TRIGGER MANUAL SWEEP control for a microwave frequency
counter indication on 40.000 GHz.
(10) Remove TI top cover.
(11) Adjust A1A5R47 (located on A1A5 board) for a multimeter indication between
19.98 and 20.02 V dc.
(12) Replace TI top cover.

(13) Move RF OUTPUT 50
frequency counter.
(14) Adjust TRIGGER MANUAL SWEEP control for microwave frequency counter
indication listed in table 6.
(15) Record multimeter indication in table 6.
(16) Move RF OUTPUT 50W connection from INPUT 2 to INPUT 1 of microwave
frequency counter.
(17) Repeat (14) and (15) above for remaining microwave frequency counter
indications listed in table 6.
