Clean all connectors with alcohol before proceeding with

to 18 GHz. Allow 1 hour for equipment warm-up.

from 18 to 26.5 GHz. Allow 3 hours for equipment warm-up.
NOTE
Equipment shown in figure 6 is for TIs with frequency range
from 26.5 to 40 GHz. Allow 3 hours for equipment warm-up.

Do not connect TI into equipment setup at this time.
