16. Adjustments
a. Refresh Flash ROMS
(1) Before doing the complete adjustments, exit program and use oscilloscope
software Refresh Utility Disk, supplied with TI, to refresh Flash ROMS.
(2) A person should be familiar with the Refresh Utility Disk before starting the
Calibration constants restoration.
(3) Press TI ON/OFF key to OFF and remove all connections.
(4) Remove TI battery compartment cover and battery pack.
(5) Connect PM 8907/803 AC/DC ADAPTOR supplied with TI to a 115 Vac
power source.
(6) Insert PM 8907/803 AC/DC ADAPTOR low voltage plug into TI right side
POWER ADAPTOR connector.
(7) Connect equipment as shown in figure 8 below:

(8) Connect TI Optical Interface (PM 9080, RS-232-C cable) to controller COM 2.
(9) Execute Refresh Utility program, read the screen, and follow the instructions.
NOTE
If the screen calls for +12 volts to complete this restoration,
apply the +12 volts from calibrator to TI.
(10) After calibration constants restoration, set calibrator to standby.
